This Agreement shall be in effect only for the detailed dates in the application. For additional dates, Owner must enter into a new Rental Agreement.

By executing this Agreement, Owner is licensing the use of the vacation property(s) indicated herein to G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR).

Owner’s priority is determined on a first come, first served basis relating to the date G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) receives a signed Rental Agreement.

Applications must be submitted at least 90 days (3 months) prior to start of the rental period. G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) accepts Rental Agreement based on supply and demand, at its sole discretion. In the event that G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) does not accept your vacation home(s) into the program, you will be notified in writing.

By entering into the Agreement, the Owner is forfeiting the right to commit the vacation home(s) to any other company, or to use the vacation home(s), unless previously notifying G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR). G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) must be notified in writing of Owner’s intent to withdraw or cancel this Agreement. Request for cancellation will be processed as long as there are no rentals assigned to the property, and as long as we have received the notice a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Owner hereby acknowledges that G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) has made no representations, promises or guarantees regarding the placement of Owner’s vacation property(s) or the Owner’s net proceeds. G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) will utilize numerous marketing outlets to obtain the maximum rate possible, based on season, unit type, and other competitive factors. G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) will make every effort to rent the full nights of the Owner’s property(s); however, any unused nights will not be returned and shall be deemed forfeited. G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) retains the right to accept or decline bookings and to establish rates and conditions. G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR)’s decisions regarding the program shall be final and made according to its sole discretion. Owner acknowledges that G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) will use reasonable efforts to place Owner’s property(s) with other vacationers, consistent with G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) policies and procedures.

Owner should indemnify, defend and hold harmless G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR), its officers, employees and agents from and against any losses or damages, claims, demands or liability (including attorneys’ cost and fees) which may arise or be incurred as a result of this agreement, or any failure by Owner to perform Owner obligations hereunder. G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) may withhold all, or a portion of, Owner’s net proceeds, if necessary, to offset or partially offset any indemnification obligation of Owner.

As a participant in the G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) Program, your property is entitled to 75% of the net rental proceeds earned in the program. “Net rental proceeds” are defined as the earned rental income, less all costs associated with reservations, banking and credit card transaction fees. The remaining 25% of the rental proceeds will cover operational costs of the entire rental process, which include the marketing and listing of your unit, reservation and check-in/check-out services, and the managing of your property between renters (deep cleaning and thorough inventory check (appliances, furnishings, etc.) and after each renter).

Owner’s net rental proceeds will be paid to owner within 15 days of the following rental month.

Owner hereby confirms that he or she owns the vacation property(s) described below, or that he or she is properly authorized to enter into this Agreement and to perform the obligations under this Agreement on behalf of all persons in title of Ownership. Owner, or person authorized on behalf of the owner, hereby confirms that he or she has full authority to provide G&G Marketing Group DBA Quivira Vacation Rentals (QVR) with the property(s) hereunder.
