Applications must be submitted at least 90 days (3 months) prior to start of the rental travel time.

Visit our Enroll Now page to complete the online application. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application. At this point, we will need to verify that your information is correct, and that the following requirements have been met for the rental period you are listing.

Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements to include your unit in the program:
General
  • The entire property must be fully furnished. This includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Each bedroom must be able to accommodate two people (two twin beds, one double, one queen or one king).
  • All service accounts, such as electricity, water, gas, telephone, and internet, must be paid and up to date.
  • There must be televisions with signal/cable in at least 3 areas of the house, and there must be WIFI access throughout the house.
  • The property owner must be enrolled in the Quivira Residential Services (QRS), a property management service offered by the Quivira Administration. Owners may enroll in both programs simultaneously.
Bedroom(s):
  • Bed linens (minimum two sets per bed: sheets, blanket, pillow(s), pillow case(s), duvet or cover)
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Washer and dryer
  • Clothes hangers
Bathroom(s):
  • One set of towels per person (bath towel, bath mat, and towel and facial towel, based on maximum occupancy)
  • Toilet paper
  • Soap
Kitchen/Dinning:
  • Refrigerator
  • Stove
  • Oven
  • Microwave
  • Toaster
  • Coffee maker
  • Cookware
  • Tableware (plates, glasses, wine glasses, and silverware; settings for maximum occupancy)


All of these requirements must be met in order to rent your property through our Quivira Vacation Rentals program.
