G&G MARKETING is responsible for the treatment of your personal data, the use and protection thereof, pursuant to this Privacy Notice.

- Rendering of organization of events services.

- Rendering of SPA services and for prevention purposes in case any client has a special health condition, which must be informed to G&G MARKETING. In these cases, sensitive personal data may be requested so as to analyze if the client is under any physical or medical treatment that may restrict his/her participation in any treatment of the SPA and/or special care when rendering other type of services.
- Improve or satisfy the needs of the clients and the services provided.
- Perform direct or online bookings and apply the necessary charges for the corresponding rendering of services and any other charge that is required pursuant to the purposes established herein.
- Send e-mails or make telephone conferences in order to confirm the data related to the bookings that were made, to receive offers or request identity documents of the client or the owner of the credit card, if necessary.
- Manage memberships, including the processing of data for invoicing purposes, management of accounts, prepare the history of transactions; apply discounts and perform the clarifications and investigations that are required.
- Make charges, collections, refunds or reimbursements.
- Inform the aspects related to memberships and possible benefits.
- Comply with the obligations related to the foregoing services.
- Maintain adequate communication with the clients.

The use of the personal data will be limited to the compliance of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice and to different purposes that are compatible to those established herein, without requiring to obtain again the consent of the owner and subject to the limitations set forth in the applicable legal provisions.

Additional Purposes That Do Not Imply A Legal Relationship and That Are Not Required For The Rendering Of The Services
Additionally, the personal data of the clients may be used for the following purposes that are not necessary for any legal relationship between G&G MARKETING and its clients, but allows and facilitates us to provide better assistance:

Inform on new services, products or events related to the abovementioned services, including advertising newsletters, surveys and changes sending.

Such sensitive data includes racial or ethnic origin, current or future health condition (pregnancy, high or low blood pressure, claustrophobia, presence of any metallic piece in the body, pacemaker usage, diabetes, cancer or any other disease, allergies, recent surgery and type thereof, blood type), genetics, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, and sexual preferences.

G&G MARKETING obliges to treat the personal and sensitive data with strict security and confidentiality.

Usage Data
We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). Means to Exercise Arco Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)
In order to get access the personal data that G&G MARKETING possesses, as well as to rectify such data if they are inexact or incomplete, or to cancel or oppose to the treatment thereof for certain purposes, please submit a request in writing by e-mail addressed to our Personal Data Department to privacy@ggmkt.com or a notification in writing to G&G MARKETING with domicile at 2300 Boswell Rd, Chula Vista, CA, USA, addressed to the Personal Data Department, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, containing the following information:
- Name of the owner
- Domicile of the owner or e-mail so as to send the response to the request
- Documents that prove the identity or authority so as to represent the owner with respect to the request
- Description of the personal data with respect to which any ARCO right is intended to be exercised
- Any other element that allows the localization of the personal data and processing of the request

If the request does not satisfy any of the abovementioned requirements, the Personal Data Department may require the owner or his/her legal representative within 5 days of reception of the request to submit the necessary elements or documents so as to process the request. The client will have 10 days to fulfill the requirement, otherwise the relevant request will be considered as not submitted.

The response to the request via e-mail will be made within a term of 20 days after its reception and will be effective within a term of 15 days after the communication of the response.

Means to Revoke Consent
At any time the consent granted to G&G MARKETING to treat your personal data may be revoked by sending a request in writing by e-mail addressed to the Personal Data Department privacy@ggmkt.com or a notification in writing to Blazki, S.A. de C.V. with domicile at 2300 Boswell Rd, Chula Vista, CA, USA, addressed to the Personal Data Department, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, clearly detailing the personal data with respect to which the client revokes his/her consent.

For effects of the above, the procedure and terms set forth in the section titled MEANS TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION) will be applicable.

Limitation of Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
At any time the client may express his/her refusal to the treatment for the purposes that do not create a legal relation or that are not necessary for the rendering of the service, limit the use and disclosure of personal data or revoke the consent granted for the treatment of personal data, by means of a request in writing that must be submitted to the Personal Data Department to the following address: 2300 Boswell Rd, Chula Vista, CA, USA, from 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday or to the e-mail privacy@ggmkt.com

Such request must contain at least the following: (i) Name of the Owner of the Personal Data; (ii) E-mail to receive notifications; (iii) Documents that prove the identity or authority so as to represent the owner with respect to the request; (iv) Clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which it is intended to exercise the right and the relevant right. (v) Any other element or document that facilitates the localization of the personal data. If the request does not satisfy any of the mentioned requirements, the Personal Data Department may request within 5 days after reception of the request to provide the necessary elements or documents so as to process the same. The client will have 10 days so as to fulfill the requirement, otherwise the request will be considered as not submitted.

The maximum period of time to respond will be 20 days as of the date of reception of the request so as to communicate the determination adopted and, if the request complies with the relevant requirements, such determination will be effective 15 days after the issuance of the response. In order to protect the confidentiality, G&G MARKETING will send the response to the e-mail provided and will keep the response available for the petitioner at the domicile abovementioned.

Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
